Maintenance manager (m/f/d)
Areas of responsibility:
- Planning and monitoring of all maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective measures.
- Ensuring the availability of production systems and machines and minimizing downtimes
- Budget responsibility for maintenance activities and cost control
- Management and development of the maintenance team
- Implementation of effective maintenance strategies and processes
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety guidelines and procedures
Your profile:
- Completed technical training in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a related discipline. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar discipline is an advantage
- At least 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in maintenance, preferably in a managerial position
- Experience in the implementation of predictive maintenance (e.g. condition monitoring, IoT) is an advantage
- Knowledge of common maintenance software and ERP systems
- Willingness to occasionally take part in emergency operations and extraordinary maintenance work outside regular working hours
- Team leadership: experience in leading and developing maintenance teams, including workflow planning, resource allocation and performance management
- Project management: ability to manage maintenance projects, including scheduling, cost control and resource management
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with different departments, employees and external service providers.
- Maintenance management: Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance management, including the planning, organization and implementation of maintenance and repair work
- Technical understanding: Sound knowledge of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and other relevant technical fields.
- Budget management: Experience in creating and managing budgets for maintenance activities.
