The integrated quality, environmental and occupational safety management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 as well as ISO 45001:2018 is part of all corporate processes. The three management systems [QM, UM, AM] are implemented into corporate policy as an integrated management system [IMS]. It is the declared goal to permanently maintain the following principles, to continuously improve them and to provide the necessary resources.

Our business success is based on the production of high-quality products, flexible adaptation to the requirements of our customers, a constant quality awareness of our employees and constant delivery reliability. We consciously set ourselves a high quality standard and constantly develop our own quality and process capabilities in order to meet the high requirements of our customers. Central to our quality is the claim to a zero-error strategy through continuous improvement of all processes.

We prefer to work with suppliers who are willing to support and support our objectives in a spirit of partnership. We develop new concepts with our suppliers that are in tune with the times in order to strengthen the sustainable life cycle of our products.

Top management defines the cornerstone of company policy with regard to occupational safety. The health of our employees is our most valuable asset that must be protected at all times. We therefore take all necessary measures to create and maintain safe jobs. The company ensures that this policy is appropriate in relation to the nature and extent of occupational health and safety risks in its activities, products and services. Furthermore, continuous improvements are made to the ERP system and their effectiveness is checked and evaluated. Care is taken to ensure that changes are communicated to employees and understood by them. In addition, we fully involve employees in the area of occupational health and safety in the processes, such as internal audits, carrying out risk assessments and providing operating instructions. In addition, the company is committed to quarterly consultations with all assigned employees with the aim of continuously improving and constantly increasing occupational safety.

Our value creation and support processes are carefully planned and are subject to compliance with all necessary standards, regulations and national and international legal regulations.

A high level of availability of our resources is a necessary prerequisite for the production of our products. System-appropriate maintenance, proactive maintenance and regular testing are therefore an integral part of our added value.
