In the thoenes ® online shop, we offer a wide selection of materials from which you can have the desired seals made to measure. These include braided sealing cords and packing made from various fibres such as glass, ceramic, aramid, PTFE, steel, graphite, basalt, hemp, cellulose and many other synthetic and natural fibres. Optionally impregnated with vermiculite, oil, PTFE, graphite and other additives. We produce braided hoses, cords and gaskets in a wide range of diameters from 0.7 mm to 70.0 mm. We offer flexible packaging options tailored to the wishes and needs of our customers. With thoenes ®, you can easily have the seals you require made to order.
Have gaskets manufactured directly by the manufacturer
We punch, cut and plot flat gaskets in accordance with the latest international standards, drawings and sample specifications from a wide range of our own materials as well as third-party materials. Our own brands meet the highest standards in every respect and can be easily compared using comprehensive data sheets. They possess all necessary certificates and approvals. We have particular expertise in the manufacture of steam boiler gaskets and corrugated ring gaskets. We manufacture steam boiler gaskets for large heat exchangers up to a diameter of 3 metres as hand, head and manhole gaskets for boiler closures in round, oval, stadium-oval and square shapes, and for various requirements – either individually in special packaging with installation instructions or in stackable packaging for larger orders.
