The thoenes ® K275 – ceramic yarn cord consists of ceramic yarns.
The parallel ceramic yarns are held together by a loose braiding with fine brass wire.
Applications :
- Suitable for insulating and sealing applications, including for ovens, boiler doors and chimney flues.
Available forms :
- Round, reinforced with chromium wire and braided with brass wire (4 – 30 mm *).
Alternatively, braiding with stainless steel wire is also possible.
